During International Plasma Awareness Week (IPAW), each day on social media will feature a unique topic to help raise awareness around plasma donation and plasma-derived medicines from October 7-11. Free social media toolkits and resources also provide information relevant to each theme, and can be downloaded at plasmaweek.org in the resources section.

Participate on social media during #IPAW2024 by sharing messages with these themes:

October 7: Patient Access
October 8: Rare Disease & Everyday Use
October 9: Advocacy
October 10: Donor Health & Safety
October 11: Donor Appreciation

To help visually illustrate the importance of plasma donation and the power of plasma-derived medicines, free downloadable graphics for use on social media are also available. These can help provide information about what plasma is and how it's used, conditions which are treated with plasma-derived medicines, as well as thank you messages for plasma donors. Share your activities using #IPAW2024, and if you are in North America or Europe, refer to specialized toolkits for messaging.
